We’ll respond within 45 days; if reasonably necessary, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will let you know why.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@jhn.esq with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject within 60 days of our decision. We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If denied, we will provide the Texas Attorney General’s online complaint mechanism.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
